Our Story
Bialystok Pub has been a steady presence on W Diversey Ave — a place where regulars know the tap list by heart and newcomers are treated like they've always belonged.
We don't chase trends. We keep a rotating selection of Chicago and regional craft beers, a spirits menu that respects the craft, and a kitchen that makes good food without making a production out of it.

The Bar
A rotating selection of Chicago and regional craft beers on tap — IPAs, stouts, lagers, and seasonal specials. We change the taps when something better comes along.
Whiskey, bourbon, vodka, and the rest — properly stocked and poured with care. Classic cocktails done right, plus a few signatures worth trying.
A curated wine list by the glass or bottle, plus craft sodas, local root beers, and other non-alcoholic options that actually taste good.
The Kitchen
Straightforward pub food done with real ingredients. Burgers, sandwiches, wings, and a rotating selection of hot plates that don't try to be anything they're not.
Everything is made in-house. We source locally when we can and keep the menu focused on what we can execute well.
